Knowledge Design and Engineering

Rapid Training - Using PowerPoint along with other software, I can create a web-delivered interactive product or produce a training DVD for your immediate training needs. If you need self-guided training on how to use a particular software application or if you need training that demonstrates that your employees are informed of various laws and policies, then I can develop that product for you.

Online Courses - I have experience with designing and developing online courses in BlackBoard, eCollege, and Moodle. I can develop a single course or an entire training program which uses podcasts, blogs, wikis, and other Web 2.0 tools.

Complete Onsite Training - For those training needs that require more than just elearning, I can create class-room based or on-the-job training solutions. I can build the program from evaluating training needs to documenting the training results. I can also handle all of the administrative tasks of finding a facility, obtaining equipment, and locating subject matter experts.

Personal Knowledge Management - This is where I sit down with the training students and help them build a personalized system of online tools to reinforce their training and to aid in their personal development. For an example, please view this slideshow.
